Does planned parenthood make yu pay for depo shot?

im 18 and on the depo. it's scary because i know people who have gotten pregnant on it. but no they make you pay much less. it's not that bad actually. fifty dollars for every three months normally. so i don't know what they would make you pay at planned parent hood.
