Should I take money from my ex wifes account?

So here is the story! Me and my ex divorced a few months ago, been seperated for about a year now! It was a mutual split! All of our stuff was in storage and she agreed to take all of the stuff out of storage and keep my stuff at her house until i could come and get it! Ok so I started a new job, got a new house, and everything! My grandma passed away last week and her final request from me was to wear my Dress Blues from when I was in the Marine Corps! I didnt have them because the ex still did! So I emailed her, called her parents, had my family try and talk to her and never got an answer! All I wanted was my uniform! I told her she could sell everything else! That uniform cost me well over 400 dollars along with the sentimental value of it and everything else! SO what im asking is should i take the money which i am owed out of her account? My name is still on her bank account, i still have a card, and she clearly owes me, i exhausted all forms of getting in contact with her! I dont know what else to do? I just want some retribution!
