My wife has betrayed my trust and I don't know how to forgive her. What should I do?

My wife was convicted of felony embezzlement 4 years ago. I forgave her and we moved on. We are still paying on the loan to cover the fines and retribution. I found out tonight that 2 weeks ago she was arrested for shop lifting. We have been married for almost 15 years. I love her, but I dont know if I can trust her anymore. My heart is breaking......I dont know what to do....
