What's open in Milan on Easter Monday?

I'm taking a school group to Italy in April 2012. We will be in Milan on Easter Monday. Will we be able to see the Last Supper? Is it likely the Alfa Romeo museum will be open? Is it likely the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II will be open? Thank you.
