To plead guilty and avoid conviction or go to trial? Need help!?

If you plead guilty to a crime, you are convicted of that crime. Does matter, it will show up on your record as a conviction on a charge of fraud. Don't think you are giving the rest of the store.. Possession of shoes, last I knew, was not a crime. If the shoes were stolen, then you should be charged with possession of stolen property... not fraud.. so can't really say what you should do.. If you cop a plea, your guilty.. If you go to trail and lose, your guilty. You didn't say what your past hx. is or if they informed you if you would do any jail time... Normally a plea will get you a reduced charge and/or sentence ... You don't want to wake up in a cell with big Bubba... lol
