Does University of Milan teach in English?

I'm pretty sure it does, but I can't find it anywhere on the website that it does. I want to go to Italy for college so I'm looking for an English speaking college/university that I could attend. Any info or insite on English speaking colleges or which city is best to live in would be great! :)
