Why dont Irish-Americans demand retributions for the way they were treated years ago?

Irish American here too :) I think it has to somewhat do with United States of America being land of the free, so when Americans were treating the color as slaves, America was being a big fat hypocrite. The Irish fought for that land for hundreds of years I believe up to 1948 when it became a dependent country. I posted a link below for you to have info about Ireland. The Irish, Scottish and British were,nt over here fighting for this land., the Americans and Indians were , that's why there are now reservations for the Indians to give back what we took.. We are all still slaves, most of us just get a measly wage now. I can care less about what color people are we've all endured some kind of pain with our own race,we were all suppose to be here TOGETHER for one purpose that was not our own.
