Why is my game not installing?

I just bought this new game --Dawn of war 2 retribution..i try to download it on my laptop -windows 7 -- it wont install-- i try to goto my computer and click DVD drive it says please insert disk...i just wanna play it wont startup the install screen --- its a new game and everythingit can run on windows 7.. I JUST WANNA PLAY!
