I was wondering what type of hotels i would stay in for the EF tours?

Also how many hotels i will be staying in? I am going on an 18 day trip to Milan, Venice, Florence, Assisi, Rome, Pompeii, Meteora, Delphi, Argolida, Ephidaurus, Mycenae, Athens, and then we will leave for a cruise. I am leaving in about 2 months and I just wanted to know what the hotels would be like and if we would stay in a different one every night? :)
