Advice on some european cities?

Me and 7 of my friends (all 18 years old, with one 17 year old) are travelling around Europe for about two weeks. We're stopping in Nice, Milan, Zurich, Frankfurt, and Hamburg, If anyone has any ideas of things to do in the cities in the day or at night it would be much appreciated :)
