If you a a dog trainer/psychologist, what do you think of Cesar Milan's training methods?

I don't like his methods. Plus, he takes the owner's dog away, and the dog learns to obey and respect him instead of you. I'd take the dog to a training class where I was also involved all the time. Read some of the sites about him and his training. You would be Shocked at some of the secrets he has kept over the years. He is not as good as many people believe him to be.
